Our client operates a food and beverage processing facility with an irregular, ageing conveyor system spread across a tightly constrained production floor. They needed a fully integrated production line that could work within the limited available space, incorporate existing equipment wherever possible, and lift output without a full plant rebuild.
A custom-fit line, built around what was already there
Surveyed the existing site and equipment to establish a custom production layout suited to the irregular floor space
Produced detailed CAD drawings to plan the new line configuration before any physical works began
Delivered full PLC automation and control integration across the production line
Engineered safety systems to PLd Category 3, including guarding and interlocking
Integrated existing equipment into the new line design to control project cost and minimise waste
Delivered operator training so the client’s team could run and maintain the new system independently
