We take workplace safety seriously, full stop. Every job is run to WHS regulations, backed by TÜV-certified safety training, and documented with a completed SWMS and JSEA before work starts, so safety is built into the job, not bolted on afterward.

We have policies and procedures that cover every aspect of our work, and every job is backed by a completed Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) that’s stored on our server for records and review.
Our team is equipped with all required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and appropriate clothing. We conduct random inspections to make sure it’s actually being used, not just supplied.
Our commitment goes beyond paperwork. We have TÜV-certified machine safety trained staff, so the people doing the work genuinely understand the risks at a technical level. We run regular toolbox meetings to keep safety front of mind, and Kyle does unannounced site visits to make sure safe work practices are being followed in the real world, not just on paper. Every new client site comes with a formal induction, so we understand your specific requirements before anyone starts work.

Fatigue and mental health are recognised risks under WHS regulations, and they’re a real factor in the industrial electrical industry, where emergency callouts and demanding shutdown windows are part of the job. We manage them the same way we manage any other workplace hazard: by monitoring hours worked, rostering realistically, and treating fatigue as something to prevent, not just react to.
We take the same approach to wellbeing on site. Our team can raise a problem, work-related or otherwise, and it gets dealt with quickly and without judgement, the same as any other safety issue.
